Msanii wa Hip-hop wa Nigeria, Ycee ameungana na
mtayarishaji wa muziki na muimbaji wa Afrika Kusini, DJ Maphorisa kwenye remix
ya wimbo wake unaofanya vizuri barani, ‘Omo Alhaji’.
Ikifanyika jijini Johannesburg, na kuongozwa na La
Dupont Productions, remix ya wimbo huo inahusisha rap iliyoshiba na inayohitaji
usikivu.
DJ Maphorisa amechanganya ladha ya kipekee ya Kusini
kwenye mrindimo unaoungana vyema na mtindo wa Ycee na kuzalisha wimbo
utakaofanya vizuri kwenye klabu, mtaani na hata kwenye redio. Remix hii ya Omo
Alhaji, haina shaka itateka tena mawimbi ya redio na TV barani Afrika.
Ycee anasema, “Limekuwa jambo kubwa kufanya remix hii,
kama msanii ninafurahi kujaribu muziki tofauti. Ulikuwa uzoefu mkubwa na wa
kufurahia kufanya kazi na DJ Maphorisa. Ninaamini mashabiki watafurahia remix
hii.”

Akizaliwa kwa jina la Alejo Martin Oludemilade, tarehe
29, January 1993, Ycee ni msanii wa hip hop wa Nigeria na mshindi wa tuzo. Amesainishwa kwenye lebo ya muziki ya TINNY
ENTERTAINMENT. Alianza rasmi muziki Disemba 2012 kwa kuachia wimbo 'Smile on
Me' uliotayarishwa na Jay Sleek, na zingine kama 'Pass Me' na 'Amen'
akimshirikisha Mbryo.
Alikuja kujipatia umaarufu zaidi July 2015 baada ya
kuachia wimbo 'Jagaban.' Jagaban ukaja kuwa miongoni mwa nyimbo kubwa zaidi kwa
mwaka 2015/16 na kuja kuwa na remix nzito aliyomshirikisha staa wa YBNL, Olamide
na video yake ikiongozwa na Director Q.
Wimbo huo ulimweka sehemu nzuri Ycee kama kinara wa
hip hop ya kizazi kipya nchini Nigeria na hatimaye kumpa tuzo ya “Rookie Of The
Year” kwenye tuzo za Headies, mwaka 2015.

kulimpandisha zaidi Ycee kama mmoja wa wasanii wakali kabisa wa hip hop nchini
Nigeria. Alikuja kuachia video ya wimbo huo iliyoongozwa na Director Q iliyofanyika
Uingereza. Wimbo huo pamoja na video yake viligeuka wimbo wa taifa kwenye chati
za redio za TV za Nigeria, kwenye klabu na hata mtaani huku ukiipa umaarufu

YCEE :
Born
Alejo Martin Oludemilade on the 29th of January 1993, Ycee is an award winning
hip hop artist from Nigeria. He is signed to Nigerian Record Label; TINNY
ENTERTAINMENT.His music career kicked off in December 2012 with the release of
his first official single 'Smile on Me' produced by Jay Sleek, other singles,
'Pass Me' and 'Amen' featuring Mbryo . He finally gained critical and
commercial acclaim in July 2015 with the release of the runaway hit 'Jagaban'
'Jagaban' went on to become one of 2015/16's biggest songs and with an even
bigger remix featuring YBNL's Olamide with stellar visuals from Director Q.
This further solidified YCEE's position as the leader of Nigeria's new school

release of "Omo Alhaji" December 2015 sealed his status as one of
